From the moment we checked in everything was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and our room was tidy with fresh towels and the bed made everytime we returned to our room. There is a do not disturb sign as well that can be placed on the outside of the door if you do not wish for cleaning staff to enter. The Kayak rental at the lodge was also super easy and the staff was very accommodating when it came to time and pricing. We were unsure how long we were going to go out on the water so she didn't charge our card until we returned from kayaking. Another thing that was also super helpful was the their welcome book that not only listed information regarding your stay but local places in the surrounding areas that are popular places that you could check out.
Staff is very friendly, we needed them for one small incident and they were right on the spot !!! How many people have had a mini fridge in a hotel room That just wouldn't keep cold. Well not this place this one was super cold , the AC in the room was super cold as well, always had hot water in the shower.Place had ample lighting.Great view ,very clean super place to stay.And we have stayed here before and we'll stay again. !!!! Probably this fall.
I had the signal queen room for 1 night. Great location close to anything you may want to do in the winter or summer. The lights from the ski resort hindered my sleep a bit even with the door blinds down and shut. But that's about all. Friendly Hospitality at the desk and a fire pit at night. Would return.
I am 9. I stayed at LakeFront Lodge with my mom when we were skiing at Wisp. I loved it. I liked the firepit outside our room and making s'mores. I liked walking by the lake, which was very clean. I liked the staff, they were very nice. I liked the room, how it looked and how calm and relaxing it was.
Fantastic place. My wife and I will be back for sure. Everything was excellent. The room was clearly updated, everything worked perfectly. The view was fantastic and the hotel sits on the side of a cove with a no-wake zone so it's nice and quiet. The staff were all lovely and professional. The staff starting a campfire at the end of the day was a nice touch. The hotel is nice and close to a lot of great spots on the lake, lots of good restaurants nearby, and it's super easy to get to. We're already planning to come back in a few months.
Had a lovely stay while we were in town visiting for a wedding. Beautiful on the lake location with cozy cabin vibes. If you're stay during the summer, bring bug spray for mosquitoes that tend to slip through doors. Staff was very kind and attentive, and they made our stay comfortable.
Great atmosphere and incredible views. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Make sure to take a shower before-hand, or keep it quick… hot water is good, but it doesn’t last long.
Love, love, love this place! The rooms are cozy, well decorated and have all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The fire pit is my favorite - we had a great Friday evening socializing with other guests. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Nice gift shop even has smore packages. Location at DCL can't be beat. We've stayed here many times and will keep coming back.
